Proclinical is seeking a QC Stability Specialist for a contract role based in Waterford. The successful candidate will manage stability programs, perform data analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires full working rights in Ireland. Initially, the role will require 5 days in the office, reducing to 3 days after 3 months into the contract.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of stability programs including generation of protocols and reports, sample management, and communication to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Trending and statistical analysis of stability and release data for quarterly reports and Periodic Product Reviews (PPRs).
  • Timely resolution of Stability, PQR, and trending related Quality System records including assigned Change Controls, Deviations, CAPAs, ILIs & QEs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies where appropriate.
  • Support for external and internal audits for the department.
  • Review of Stability, PQR, and trending related procedures and practices.
  • Lead projects to improve the department's Quality.
  • Ensure safety measures are followed and report any safety issues.
  • Support leadership team in achieving goals/tasks.
  • Liaise with Quality Assurance Representative to support and improve RFT in the area and maintain an Always Audit Ready status.
  • Complete all required training on time.
  • Maintain training in critical test activities as required in the laboratory.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Full working rights in Ireland.
  • Experience in managing stability programs.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Quality System records and procedures.
  • Experience in supporting audits.
  • Ability to lead improvement projects.
  • Commitment to safety and training.
