Project Planner

Proclinical is seeking a Project Planner to join the team focusing on the development and integration of clinical execution plans for BLA submissions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and progress tracking. The position is ideal for someone who can start immediately and work closely with our Global Head of Program Management. This is a hybrid working position with some days required to work in the Amsterdam office.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with CMC and Regulatory project managers to drive cross-functional project planning and risk assessment.
• Develop and integrate clinical execution plans with other functional plans for BLA preparation and submission.
• Conduct critical path analysis and manage risks for critical activities.
• Deliver cross-functionally integrated project plans for execution, tracking, and reporting.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong understanding of clinical drug development and major regulatory submissions like BLA.
• Excellent project planning and management skills.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, integrated project plans.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working across various teams and departments.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Smartsheet or equivalent planning software.
