Proclinical is seeking a Project Engineer specializing in Fill & Finish to contribute engineering expertise to a new plant extension project. This role involves project planning, execution, and reporting, with a focus on technical aspects and stakeholder communication. The position requires collaboration with internal teams and equipment manufacturers to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for the project.
  • Provide input for project scheduling and detail engineering.
  • Organize, follow up, and review project activities with internal and external parties.
  • Manage communication between stakeholders to meet project objectives.
  • Conduct project risk analysis to support management decisions.
  • Identify financial implications of scope changes.
  • Propose corrective actions or improvements based on past projects.
  • Define qualification documents with quality engineers and validation teams.
  • Identify required project documentation using QRM-methodology and ASTM 2500 approach.
  • Maintain updated project documentation and schedules.
  • Support maintenance and calibration teams in project activities.
  • Apply engineering best practices and guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with divisional and corporate procedures and standards.
  • Participate in training sessions as required.
  • Act as a project engineer for another work package when needed.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong technical expertise in engineering within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct risk analysis and propose solutions.
  • Experience with project documentation and qualification processes.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as cGMP and GEP.
  • Commitment to safety and risk prevention measures.
  • Ability to coordinate with diverse teams and manage multiple tasks.
