Proclinical is currently recruiting for an Operational Excellence Specialist with a pharmaceutical company located in Cambridge, MA.

Job Responsibilities:

Data cleaning and updating portfolio level meta data to enhance our data analytics
Producing high quality monthly reports for senior leadership consumption
Partnering with the portfolio management director to provide high level insights on a monthly basis
Partnering with the portfolio management director to develop new analytics and insights based on NPV, resource forecast, time actuals, schedule data, and milestone data
Identifies relevant data sources. Leverages critical thinking and problem-solving skills to recommend creative ideas based on data analysis, personal experience, and industry best practices

Skills and Requirements:

5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with hands-on experience with data analytics preferably in finance or has a MBA
Experience working with NPV models
