Medchem Compound Management Associate - Contract - Cambridge, MA

Proclinical is seeking a Compound Management Specialist to join a dynamic team focused on medchem compound submission, processing, and requests.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role is fast-paced and requires a high level of attention to detail and efficiency. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Compound Management Group and various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and data integrity.

Skills & Requirements:

  • A minimum of Bachelor Degree in Science with at least 0+ year of experience in Compound Management and 2+ years of industry hands-on lab experience in Science.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking/problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while delivering high-quality, accurate work.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and reliable on deliverables.
  • Highly organized with excellent prioritization and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to respond promptly and effectively.
  • Familiarity with database and file management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with automation and LIMS is a plus.
  • Ability to work well within a team, maintaining a professional and positive work environment.
  • This is a fully onsite position requiring PPE due to the hands-on nature of the role.

The Medchem Compound Management Associate's responsibilities will be:

  • Ensure all service level agreements are met daily, maintaining communication with the Compound Management Group and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing compound shipments to/from CROs, partners, and collaborators on a tight weekly schedule.
  • Perform first-tier troubleshooting under supervision.
  • Maintain the daily upkeep of the compound management workspace.
  • Work on compound archive reformatting and replenishing projects.
  • Provide customer service within a high-performing team in a core research hub.

Compensation:

  • $40 to $44 per hour.
