Manufacturing Associate - Contract - Social Circle
Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Associate for a contract position.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role involves preparing solutions, operating various production equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The successful candidate will be part of a rotating 12-hour night shift team, contributing to our continuous improvement efforts.
Skills & Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED plus related experience or higher education with no prior experience required.
- Willingness to assist with housekeeping and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to carry up to 25 lbs., lift up to 50 lbs., and push/pull up to 100 lbs. (with the assistance of material handling equipment).
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time over an entire 8 or 12-hour shift.
- Ability to work in controlled environments requiring special gowning.
- Ability to work multiple shifts, including weekends and overtime as required.
- Comfortable working in a cold, wet environment and confined areas.
- Comfortable working in clean room and cool/hot storage conditions.
- May require immunization before performing work within the manufacturing area.
The Manufacturing Associate's responsibilities will be:
- The successful candidate will prepare media and buffer solutions.
- Operate Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place systems.
- Assemble and operate filtration systems.
- Operate general production equipment (such as pH and conductivity meters, autoclave, portable mixers, etc.).
- Monitor and record critical process parameters.
- Complete all relevant paperwork following GDP/GMP guidelines.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment to maintain in GMP fashion.
- Perform sampling using aseptic techniques.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Teams.
- Receive and distribute supplies into production areas as necessary.
- Train and mentor other team members.
- Assist in troubleshooting process problems and responding to alarms.
