Proclinical is seeking an IT System Administrator for a role based in Hannover, Germany. This position focuses on managing and supporting IT infrastructure, including Windows servers, Office 365 applications, local networks, and MS Azure Cloud services. You will also be responsible for coordinating IT projects, conducting training, and providing user support through a ticketing system.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the IT Manager Europe to plan and execute IT projects.
- Design, schedule, and conduct IT training programs for staff.
- Manage Windows server environments, including user setup, backups, and updates.
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of Office 365 applications.
- Maintain local network infrastructure and MS Azure Cloud services.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for central IT systems.
- Coordinate the procurement, setup, and installation of PCs and related hardware.
- Manage and support Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Provide technical support to users through a ticketing system.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Training as an IT specialist or a degree in computer science.
- Professional experience as an IT administrator.
- Strong knowledge of IT, operating systems, and MS Office.
- Familiarity with programming scripts, Powerapps, or simple applications is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and MS SharePoint.
- Experience in corporate IT structures is advantageous.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English.
