Proclinical is working closely with a global pharmaceutical organisation who are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join their team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will utilize your expertise to contribute to the global ERP implementation project. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team driving innovation in clinical supply operations and engaging in cutting-edge projects with a focus on digital transformation and technology integration.

Responsibilities

Represent Clinical Supply Operations in the global ERP rollout.
Collaborate with global project team members and external partners for seamless integration.
Focus on planning, manufacturing, logistics, and pharmaceutical development processes.
Work with IT colleagues on concept development and project coordination.
Ensure compliance with IT regulations and validation requirements.
Gather and align user requirements with key stakeholders.
Manage change processes and contribute to system configuration.
Define user roles, conduct system integration testing, and perform user acceptance testing.
Create work instructions, train employees, and oversee implementation.
Ensure regulatory GxP compliance during and after implementation.

Key Skills and Requirements

University degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Clinical Supply Operations and experience with system conversions.
Excellent communication skills in German and English.
Strong interest in IT technology (SAP, RPA, AI, ChatGPT) and end-to-end processes.
Ability to present complex issues clearly and work both independently and as part of a team.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable in GxP and IMP requirements.
