Proclinical is working closely with a global pharmaceutical organisation who are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join their team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will utilize your expertise to contribute to the global ERP implementation project. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team driving innovation in clinical supply operations and engaging in cutting-edge projects with a focus on digital transformation and technology integration.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Clinical Supply Operations in the global ERP rollout.
  • Collaborate with global project team members and external partners for seamless integration.
  • Focus on planning, manufacturing, logistics, and pharmaceutical development processes.
  • Work with IT colleagues on concept development and project coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with IT regulations and validation requirements.
  • Gather and align user requirements with key stakeholders.
  • Manage change processes and contribute to system configuration.
  • Define user roles, conduct system integration testing, and perform user acceptance testing.
  • Create work instructions, train employees, and oversee implementation.
  • Ensure regulatory GxP compliance during and after implementation.

Key Skills and Requirements

  • University degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Clinical Supply Operations and experience with system conversions.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Strong interest in IT technology (SAP, RPA, AI, ChatGPT) and end-to-end processes.
  • Ability to present complex issues clearly and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable in GxP and IMP requirements.
