Human Resources Coordinator - Contract - Clayton, NC
Proclinical is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide exceptional service and support to employees.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring each interaction is positive and informative. This position involves using various resources to resolve issues and maintain a broad understanding of HR functions to minimize escalations.
Skills & Requirements:
- High School diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in Human Resources or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills are essential.
The Human Resources Coordinator's responsibilities will be:
- Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Utilize procedures, policy manuals, and knowledge bases to assist in resolving issues.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of HR to support employee questions effectively.
- Execute HR services such as file maintenance, new hire paperwork, and system administration.
