Human Resources Business Partner - Contract - Cambridge, MA

Proclinical is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our client's team in Cambridge, MA.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will focus on workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations within the rare disease and pharmaceuticals industry. This position requires a proactive approach to organizational design and collaboration with various departments to enhance employee engagement and development.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong advisory skills in workforce planning and talent management.
Experience in handling employee relations and providing managerial coaching.
Ability to identify training needs and develop learning programs.
Knowledge of compensation practices and ensuring internal equity.

The Human Resources Business Partner's responsibilities will be:

Advise business leaders on workforce planning and talent management strategies.
Address employee relations issues, including coaching managers on performance reviews and feedback.
Guide managers on employee engagement, career development, and succession planning.
Identify training needs and work with learning & development to create effective programs.
Collaborate with compensation teams to conduct salary reviews and maintain internal equity.
