Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and proficient HR Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the HR Harmonization project, particularly the implementation of several Workday modules. This role requires a fluent German speaker who can effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor project progress, and develop mitigation strategies for potential risks.

Responsibilities:

Own and manage the HR Harmonization project, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
Act as a coordinating interface between the HR process owners, internal IT, and other stakeholders.
Ensure the successful transition from the project phase to the operational phase.
Support organizational change management to ensure the successful introduction of new solutions across all employee levels.
Prepare meetings with senior stakeholders.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CPO.
Harmonize and simplify HR processes.
Support offline compensation process.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Professional experience in a project management role or similar, with some experience in HR.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail.
Digital literacy and curiosity to try out new tools.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently, solution-oriented and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
