HR Operations - Contract - Cambridge MA
Proclinical is seeking an organised individual for the role of HR Operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will coordinate pre-boarding activities, manage desk assignments, and maintain essential onboarding resources. This position is crucial for ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and supporting HR operations.
Skills & Requirements:
- Background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
The HR Operations' responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate pre-boarding activities, including on-site day 1 services, launching onboarding plans, and scheduling meetings.
- Conduct employment verifications for current and former employees.
- Manage desk assignments and office space logistics using Office Space software.
- Maintain and update the New Hire Blink page (Microsoft SharePoint) to ensure new employees have access to essential information.
