HR Operations - Contract - Cambridge MA

Proclinical is seeking an organised individual for the role of HR Operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will coordinate pre-boarding activities, manage desk assignments, and maintain essential onboarding resources. This position is crucial for ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and supporting HR operations.

Skills & Requirements:

Background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or experience in HR operations or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

The HR Operations' responsibilities will be:

Coordinate pre-boarding activities, including on-site day 1 services, launching onboarding plans, and scheduling meetings.
Conduct employment verifications for current and former employees.
Manage desk assignments and office space logistics using Office Space software.
Maintain and update the New Hire Blink page (Microsoft SharePoint) to ensure new employees have access to essential information.
