Global Head of Quality systems

Proclinical is seeking a Global Head of Quality Systems to oversee and enhance the quality management systems. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with various regulations and maintaining the effectiveness of quality processes. The position is based in Barcelona and involves collaboration with global teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the creation and revision of global documents, including Quality Policies and SOPs.
• Develop and maintain the Global Quality Management System using electronic systems.
• Collaborate to establish training plans via the global Learning Management System.
• Develop and monitor Quality KPIs and reporting systems.
• Prepare and manage an annual audit program, ensuring compliance with cGMP, GDP, and ISO regulations.
• Conduct regulatory surveillance to stay updated with government regulations.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science or related field.
• Proficiency in Business English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in Quality System Management within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations for drugs and medical devices.
• Skilled in using electronic systems like eQMS and eDMS.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and manage external partners.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
