Join a global leader in transforming data into strategic insight. We are seeking a Global Data Liaison to bridge teams, systems, and regions with precision and purpose.

This role is pivotal in sourcing and managing healthcare data to support decision-making and improve patient outcomes. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless access to high-quality data.

Responsibilities:

Identify and negotiate access to external data assets for biopharmaceutical development and commercialization.
Maintain relationships with healthcare data providers to ensure comprehensive understanding of available data sources.
Evaluate and contract data, assisting with execution and onboarding processes.
Collaborate with IT, Data Office, and other stakeholders to ensure data accessibility, compliance, and connectivity.
Support cross-functional efficiencies by sharing expertise and insights across various functions.
Develop training and communication materials for data literacy.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Proficiency in healthcare data, including patient-level claims and HCP-level data.
Ability to solve complex problems and translate business needs into data requirements.
Experience in data contracting and compliance.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset for assembling disparate data sets to address business questions.
Effective communication skills tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
