Proclinical is seeking a Data Ownership Lead to join a dynamic team focused on enhancing data acquisition strategies. This role involves working with internal stakeholders and external data providers to ensure effective data management and compliance with regulatory standards. You will play a crucial part in supporting data tokenization processes and maintaining data integrity across global markets.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with external data vendors and internal teams to onboard and manage data effectively.
Ensure data governance aligns with global requirements and maintain updated data catalogs.
Liaise with IT, Legal, and Compliance teams to manage regulatory and policy requirements.
Provide guidance on privacy and regulatory frameworks applicable to healthcare data.
Implement risk-management practices to mitigate non-compliance risks.
Lead remediation activities in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
Develop training programs on data compliance and regulatory frameworks.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Advanced degree in a quantitative field preferred.
Expertise in pharmaceutical data and healthcare data compliance.
Strong knowledge of privacy regulations such as HIPAA, CCPA, and GDPR.
Proficiency in data contracting and compliance frameworks.
Ability to solve complex problems and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Innovative mindset to navigate compliance and enable new data solutions.
Strong motivation to deliver impactful results and collaborate across functions.
