Global Clinical Lead - Permanent - Boston, MA
Proclinical is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to focus on Cell Therapies and be part of a dedicated team.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role is integral to advancing the companies global objectives. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of program leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impactful clinical strategies.
Essential Qualifications Required for this Role:
- Medical degree (M.B.B.S. or M.D.) with expertise in Immunology and CAR-T cell therapies.
- Must have 10+ years working in clinical settings and drug development, including Phase 1-3 programs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex organizations.
- Proven leadership in global cross-functional teams and line management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for leading motivated teams.
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally.
The Global Clinical Lead's responsibilities will be:
- Lead clinical and medical expertise input into cell therapy programs and portfolio strategies.
- Oversee all clinical scientific aspects of products, ensuring ethical and scientific integrity.
- Design, deliver, and interpret clinical studies, maintaining compliance with GCP.
- Provide strategic medical insights to research, translational medicine, and clinical development teams.
- Monitor medical developments in cell therapy for autoimmune/inflammatory diseases and integrate new data into clinical plans.
- Collaborate with teams across early and late clinical development, oncology, and rare diseases to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of clinical development plans.
