Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and analytical Epidemiologist to join a Data & Analytics Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing analyses on real-world data assets, developing medical code lists for studies and interpreting study results. Familiarity with large databases such as Marketscan or CPRD and proficiency in statistical software like SAS or R would be an advantage for this role.

Responsibilities:

Work strongly as part of the Data & Analytics Centre within the Centre of Observational Research
Performing the analysis on all real world data (RWD) assets
Creating the Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs)
Developing medical code lists for studies
Guiding data analysts to explore large healthcare databases
Interpreting study results and outputs

Key Skills and Requirements:

PhD in Epidemiology or other subject with high epidemiologic content
Experience in the design, execution and analysis of epidemiology studies within the academic, pharmaceutical or public health setting
Fluency in Japanese is a necessity.
Experience in epidemiologic research
Ability to communicate epidemiological information effectively (written and oral)
Knowledge of SAS, R or other statistical software
Experience with observational data is beneficial but not required
