Primary Responsibilities:
Proclinical is seeking a dedicated professional to lead the implementation and management of a Healthcare Professional (HCP) Engagement System. This role focuses on ensuring successful system deployment and ongoing administration, with an emphasis on compliance and regulatory standards.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in system implementation and project management.
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for HCP engagements.
- Proficiency in system administration and data management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Familiarity with HCP engagement systems.
- Project management certification is advantageous.
The HCP Engagement System Implementation & Administrator's responsibilities will be:
- Lead the implementation of the Global HCP Engagement System, coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables.
- Assist in creating training materials and conducting sessions for system users.
- Serve as the primary System Administrator, handling maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Provide user support and conduct regular training to ensure system proficiency.
- Gather user feedback to enhance system functionality and user experience.
