Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver local CapEX-projects primarily in Fill, Finish, and Packaging.
Support local execution lead for improvement projects regarding Sterility Assurance.
Manage project activities required to develop, procure, construct, and qualify new equipment and facilities.
Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to deliver capacity expansion capabilities.
Ensure provision of cGMP compliant processes and facilities suitable for FDA and global regulatory approval.
Generate regular project reports for senior site management and Global Steering Committees.
Comply with all safety guidelines and regulations.
Manage changes for existing production plants and supply systems.
Support and manage multi-site projects and strategic initiatives on key company CAPEX projects.
Deliver CAPEX projects within specified timelines and agreed budget, ensuring required quality and compliance with regulations and guidelines.
Support the director of ENG/PD in the continuous improvement of project management tools and processes.
Provide ongoing local and global project status reports within the PD department.
Support the financial CAPEX/OPEX budgeting process including resource planning within the aseptic and finishing department.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Leadership experience in managing a department.
Proven project management skills, including contract management and controlling.
Experience in the chemical, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge in chemical, biotech, or pharmaceutical process and infra engineering.
Experience in cGxP and qualification.
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
