Proclinical is seeking a remote Director of Demand Generation (Consultant) - MedTech, Advanced Visualization & AI.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and generating demand through marketing and content advertising. You will manage leading-edge, creative campaigns, and deliver integrated multichannel campaigns that leverage the latest technologies to attract, engage, and convert prospects into qualified sales opportunities.

The position is a remote US employee with travel up to 15% for events and/or strategic meetings.

Must be eligible to work in the US.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product and Marketing Leadership to conceptualize campaigns and translate them into cohesive marketing programs
  • Ideate integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of market segments by identifying and messaging product/persona combinations
  • Create, manage, and implement quarterly marketing campaign calendar, including deliverables, due dates and assignments of project tasks.
  • Develop, plan, and execute paid digital marketing strategies and initiatives
  • Oversee our social media engagement of the company through content syndication programs, prescribed posts, and governance analysis of employee social activity.
  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
  • Partner with subject matter experts to create proactive and reactive Sales materials for the field and for marketing campaigns/events including Customer Case Studies & References, White Papers, Presentations, Solution Sheets, objection handlers, videos, blogs and other collateral.
  • Must be able to communicate, work cross-functionally and interface with numerous internal and external roles daily
  • Drive the development and management of integrated marketing programs and lead generation efforts including Install Base, Competitive Takeouts, Account Based Marketing, Inbound Marketing, and end-to-end funnel content creation.
  • Provide training on sales enablement tools regarding new product introductions and supporting campaigns.
  • Measure and optimize all digital marketing channels to acquire a qualified, engaged pipeline of leads.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferred experience in Business Marketing/Management
  • 7+ years of marketing experience with a software or MedTech background. Experience in Healthcare Software, Medical Imaging, Radiology desired.
  • Excellent verbal skills with a history of developing, supporting or delivering C-level presentations.
  • Strong storyteller as well as copy editor - overall excellent writing skills mandatory.
  • Solid understanding of project management including the ability to identify/resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, recommend resource allocations and run team meetings
  • Recent experience managing Web projects end-to-end (timelines, work breakdowns, scheduling, etc.)
