Proclinical is seeking an experienced Director to focus on developing world-class processes and systems, with an emphasis on brand planning and launch readiness across therapeutic areas. Additionally, this role will be pivotal in driving change and aligning strategic outputs within a complex matrix environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development of Global Brand and Launch Plans through collaborative strategies.
Support and align the Global Brand Planning process and ensure effective dissemination to affiliates.
Oversee the launch process, monitor KPIs, and hold stakeholders accountable.
Challenge and advise Asset Leads on strategic planning quality.
Regularly assess and enhance the brand excellence program.
Strengthen communication and knowledge sharing across global and local teams.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Experience in launching products or leading launch excellence.
Proven commercial operations experience in sales and marketing.
Ability to influence stakeholders up to C-suite level.
Degree-level education with further learning development.
Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
Proficiency in strategic marketing principles and frameworks.
Leadership and project management skills.
Ability to navigate a complex multi-matrix environment.
