Proclinical are recruiting for a Director, European (EU) Country Commercialisation and Key Account Management to join a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Baar.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the performance of the business's products in various European countries, tracking sales data, market share, and any other metrics to notify methodical decision-making.
- Handle and supervise account performance metrics, which involves revenue and customer satisfaction, and adjust strategies and tactics as required to meet or exceed targets.
- Contribute to pertinent industry events and conferences, serving as a representative for the business and form relationships with crucial shareholders within Europe.
- The ideal candidate will develop and implement commercialisation plans for the company's products in various European countries.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts in Europe, fostering long-term partnerships and upholding high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work alongside the other teams within the business such as R&D, supply chain, etc., to guarantee that product launches and any other commercialisation efforts are implemented efficiently across various European countries.
- Assist with both business development and medical affairs in recognising and reviewing new business prospects in Europe, which involves possible partnerships, acquisitions, and any other tactical initiatives.
- Offer routine updates and reports to senior management on commercialisation progress, which involves market trends, competitive action, and key performance metrics.
- Other duties may be assigned to this role.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Educated to a degree level in a business, marketing or similar discipline.
- Demonstrable experience within pharmaceutical sales, commercialisation or key account management within oncology in Europe.
- Comprehension of the pharmaceutical organisation and regulatory setting in various European countries.
- Exhibited success in forming and upholding relations with key accounts in Europe.
- Capable of analysing market trends and developing efficient commercialisation methods for various European countries.
- Presentation and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Fluency in the English language with knowledge in another European language.
- An organised individual with project management abilities.
- Works well both independently as well as in a team.
