Proclinical is seeking a Director for Global Marketing and Portfolio Management in the MedTech sector. In this role, you will lead the product range, ensuring its success and growth. Your focus will be on defining and driving the product portfolio strategy, aligning it with market needs and company goals. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in healthcare software solutions and medical devices.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the overall product portfolio strategy.
Collaborate with commercial teams to define product segmentation and marketing mix.
Oversee new product development approvals and create global business cases.
Conduct market intelligence activities, including trend analysis and competition evaluation.
Manage the lifecycle of the global product range from launch to end-of-life.
Ensure delivery of business and customer requirements throughout product development.
Lead voice of customer studies and usability research.
Monitor portfolio profitability and provide business model recommendations.
Support strategic customer meetings and key tenders.
Evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships.
Lead and manage a team of Global Product Managers, setting objectives and managing performance.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Expertise in marketing and portfolio management within the MedTech industry.
Experience with healthcare software solutions and IT hospital systems.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of global product roll-out strategies and market dynamics.
Excellent business development and negotiation abilities.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in medical devices product management, particularly in infusion therapies and digital hospital solutions.
