Proclinical is seeking a Compliance Scientist for the Global Regulatory Affairs department in a biotech company. This role is integral to our Operations Excellence team and focuses on process excellence and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a background in Life Science or Business, with regulatory experience in the pharmaceutical industry being a plus. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of German would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:
- Manage procedural documents and ensure compliance with local and global standards.
- Analyze and assign training, maintain training presentations, and onboard new department members.
- Facilitate classroom training sessions and support annual reviews of training curricula.
- Support regulatory agency inspections and audits, including pre-inspection and related follow-up activities.
- Manage eStaff Record filing repository and support tracking of audits & inspections.
- Support management of quality non-compliance events, such as deviations and CAPAs.
- Prepare and review various compliance reports and monitor compliance indicators.
- Manage the group inbox and support project activities as required.
- Perform administrative activities such as scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, and updating SharePoint sites.
- Prepare, review, and distribute compliance newsletters.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in a Life Science or Business. Advanced degree in a Life Science (PhD,MD) or Business (MBA) is a plus.
- 1+ years regulatory experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Biologics Regulatory experience preferred.
- Proficiency in English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with general supervision.
