Client Relations Specialist - Contract - New Haven, CT

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Operations Specialist.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role involves establishing and nurturing successful business relationships with various stakeholders, both internal and external. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for inquiries from healthcare facilities, distributors, and pharmacies, and will work closely with a cross-functional team in the Global Supply Chain.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with SAP preferred
  • Ability to adapt to new technology
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to multitask and work with a sense of urgency

The Client Relations Specialist's responsibilities will be:

  • Manage customer accounts effectively while maintaining successful relationships
  • Review customer orders for compliance and ship products in accordance with established distribution models
  • Onboard new accounts and maintain regular outreach
  • Update and maintain CRM tool
  • Process credits, debits, and returns based on department processes
  • Triage emails and phone calls from customers to ensure timely resolution
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with various stakeholders
  • Recognize and report any negative trends to management
  • Participate in audits and audit reviews when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with Risk Evaluation Mitigation Strategy (REMS) for all orders received
  • Identify, triage, and process quality events including complaints, deviations, and product quality complaints/adverse reactions
  • Adapt to additional responsibilities and perform other duties as assigned to meet the evolving needs of the organization
