CAPEX Administrator

Proclinical is seeking a CAPEX Administrator to support the engineering department in managing administrative tasks for capital projects. This role focuses on assisting the project manager and team with new drug product development, ensuring smooth project operations through activity coordination, SAP management, document control, and financial activities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial tasks including raising purchase requisitions and goods receipting in SAP.
• Report on open purchase orders and manage timely goods receipting.
• Track capital spending against internal orders and update forecasting tools.
• Liaise with subcontractors and accounts teams regarding invoices and queries.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports, maintaining capital approval documentation.
• Use online document management systems (training provided).
• Adhere to GMP and EHS requirements, reporting any compliance or safety concerns.
• Ensure all training is up-to-date and documented

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Ideal qualifications include BTec Business Administration or equivalent.
• Proficiency in SAP, particularly in purchase order and maintenance modules.
• Must have supported a project team.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in creating presentations and working within a project team.
