Associate Scientist - Contract - Cambridge, MA
Proclinical is seeking an Associate Scientist to join our client's team in Cambridge, MA.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will focus on performing analytical testing of siRNA drug substances and related materials using various chemistry instruments. You will also support data collection for technical reports and regulatory filings and manage stability programs both internally and with contract manufacturers.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or a related field.
- Experience in an analytical laboratory setting; Quality Control or GMP experience is preferred. Familiarity with physico-chemical test methods for oligonucleotides, oligosaccharides, or proteins.
- Strong ability to write technical documents and deliver presentations.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
- Adherence to laboratory safety requirements.
The Associate Scientist's responsibilities will be:
- Conduct routine stability testing, including in-use, forced degradation, photostability, and compatibility studies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare and execute study plans.
- Contribute analytical data for regulatory submissions related to stability.
