Associate Director of FP&A - Contract - Cambridge, MA

Proclinical is seeking an Associate Director for Financial Planning & Analysis.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role focuses on leading the consolidation, analysis, and reporting of financial forecasts and investment plans. The successful candidate will play a key role in communicating schedules and deliverables to finance partners and ensuring the planning system is up-to-date.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A
• Strong strategic thinking and financial analysis skills.
• Understanding of Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with SAP and Adaptive Planning System is advantageous.

The Associate Director of FP&A's responsibilities will be:

• Lead the consolidation, analysis, and reporting of forecasts and investment plans.
• Communicate scheduling and deliverables to Finance Business Partners.
• Coordinate the preparation of models for presenting forecasts and results to senior leadership and committees.
• Ensure the planning system functionality is current.
• Collaborate with HR and IT to resolve planning data issues.
