Accounts Assistant

Proclinical are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join a dynamic team in Berlin. This role is critical to ensuring our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks, with a particular focus on invoice handling and financial record-keeping. Responsibilities:

• Checking Invoices - Verify the accuracy and completeness of incoming invoices to ensure they comply with company policies and procedures.
• Datev Entry - Accurately input invoices into the Datev accounting system, ensuring all entries are correct and up-to-date.
• Supplier Invoicing - Prepare and issue new invoices to suppliers, maintaining clear and precise records.
• Budget Monitoring - Regularly check budgets and perform necessary calculations to support financial planning and control.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proven working experience in a finance-related role, regardless of the industry.
• A degree in Finance, Business, or another related field is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Proficient in using accounting software.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed financial calculations.
• Effective communication skills in both written and spoken German; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
