Account Manager

Proclinical is seeking an Account Manager to join our client's team, focusing on medical communications within the oncology sector. In this role, you will manage multiple projects, ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards. You will collaborate with colleagues and liaise with external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire project process, from client brief to final reconciliation, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in strategic planning meetings to develop business expansion strategies.
• Contribute to content development for project materials, if interested.
• Foster positive client relationships to drive organic growth.
• Implement process improvements throughout the project life cycle.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, addressing challenges promptly.
• Manage project finances, including budget preparation and revenue forecasting.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support and mentor junior team members, providing training as needed.
• Stay informed about industry developments and apply strategic thinking to client accounts.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree-level education or relevant experience.
• Knowledge of medical communications and the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in client-facing and commercially focused roles.
• Strong financial and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in business development and attention to detail.
• Motivated, organized, and proactive with a strong team spirit.
• Full eligibility to work in the UK is required. No sponsorship provided.
