Proclinical is seeking an Account Executive to join our client'steam in London, focusing on medical communications within the respiratory sector. In this role, you will support the management of client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and align with quality and compliance standards. You will collaborate with team members and liaise with external stakeholders to ensure projects meet their objectives on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive project support throughout the project life cycle, maintaining high standards of information accuracy.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Assist in account development and explore new business opportunities through research.
Manage day-to-day project tasks, including setting up projects, updating timelines, and tracking progress.
Coordinate document review and approval processes, liaising with clients and authors as needed.
Support team members in monitoring project hours and reconciling costs with budgets.
Offer administrative and logistical support, such as organizing meetings and travel arrangements.
Collaborate with internal departments on project-related tasks.
Stay informed about industry developments in pharmaceuticals and medical communications.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Degree-level education or relevant experience.
Basic project management skills (can be developed).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive and organized approach.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
