Matthew joined Proclinical Staffing in February 2021. Having a background in Biometrics recruitment, Matthew specialises in recruiting Programmers in this space. This is across all levels of seniority, including various geographies including the UK, US and EU markets. Prior to joining Proclinical, Matthew worked for almost 4 years at i-Pharm Consulting where he built out a programming desk across multiple locations. This included working with many of the worlds leading CRO, Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies, along with partnering with small consultancies to assist with their recruitment strategies.
