Website Compliance and Security Coordinator - Contract - Remote within US

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and skilled Website Compliance and Security Coordinator.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be required to ensure that digital platforms meet privacy regulations and internal policies. This role focuses on maintaining data protection standards, conducting audits, and integrating privacy measures into team processes to support global clinical trial education and enrollment efforts.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of privacy laws and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changes.
  • Team-oriented with a value for diverse and dispersed teams.
  • Certification in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC) is a plus.

The Website Compliance and Security Coordinator's responsibilities will be:

  • Conduct privacy audits and assessments to identify risks and improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to integrate procedures into team workflows.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on privacy and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and propose documentation storage solutions.
  • Prepare and present compliance and privacy reports to senior management.
