Proclinical is seeking a Vaccines Medical Evidence Generation Lead to join a dynamic team focused on advancing public health through vaccines. This role involves generating and utilizing medical evidence to support vaccine development, launch, and commercialization. The position has a focus on strategic evidence generation and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Create and put into place country-specific integrated Evidence Generation Plans to enhance vaccine value.
Publish study results through conferences and scientific journals.
Engage with healthcare practitioners and research partners to integrate insights.
Initiate and oversee epidemiological and clinical studies, ensuring compliance and quality.
Monitor infectious disease epidemiology and develop digital solutions for data usability.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Advanced degree in life sciences, biostatistics, or related field.
Working history in epidemiology, public health, or health outcomes research.
Strategic thinking and experience in evidence generation.
Strong publication record in relevant scientific journals.
Skills in working within global matrix teams.
Fluent in English and German.
