Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Toxicological Data Curator to join a dynamic team. This role will focus on transforming historical toxicology documents into structured datasets using AI-powered tools. The successful candidates' work will support the application of large language models (LLMs) for data understanding and enrichment, enhancing existing data repositories and creating new ones tailored to toxicologists' needs.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

Validate toxicological data generated by LLMs against original sources.
Identify and document discrepancies or errors in AI-derived data.
Ensure consistency and scientific accuracy of curated datasets.
Apply toxicological knowledge to evaluate data related to toxicities and safety biomarkers.
Collaborate with computational toxicologists and data scientists to align curation standards.
Maintain detailed records of validation processes and prepare reports on data quality.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Master's degree in Biology, Pharmacology, Toxicology, Drug Development, Biotechnology, or related field preferred.
Proven knowledge on toxicological data output generated by LLMs is a necessity.
Experience with data curation or systematic review methodologies is advantageous.
Basic understanding of machine learning or natural language processing tools is desirable.
Fluent in English (C1 level minimum).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
