Proclinical is currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with a biopharmaceutical company located in North Chicago, IL.

Job Responsibilities:

Supports Hiring Managers via initial online contact to create job requisitions within Taleo; interacts extensively with hiring managers and HR employees worldwide.
Ensure requisitions are created accurately within Taleo
Use applicable reference materials to solve requisition creation issues, which require application of basic system knowledge of SharePoint, Excel, Taleo and Workday.
Expected to routinely interact with Hiring Managers TA Recruiters, TA Operations, and Business HR Reps.

Skills and Requirements:

Experience in one or more of the following: Call Center experience, support of HR functions, systems work such as Taleo and Workday. Total combined experience of 1 year or more required.
An understanding of Organizational structures.
Strong computer skills, competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint.
Experience with Customer Service.
