TA Screener II - Contract - Remote within US

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Screener II to join a collaborative team.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be required to assist in phone screening for high-volume roles across various business units. This role focuses on collaborating with Lead Recruiters and hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience and at least 1 year working within Talent Acquisition, with a background in pharmaceutical or consumer goods industries.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills.

The TA Screener's responsibilities will be:

  • Collaborate with Lead Recruiters and hiring managers to support phone screening for roles in Sales, Manufacturing & Quality, Clinical Trial Operations, and Field Medical Affairs.
  • Review candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and create a shortlist for Lead Recruiter review.
  • Conduct detailed phone screens and provide summaries and recommendations to Lead Recruiters.
  • Upload phone screen documents into candidate profiles in the ATS.
  • Follow the recruitment process and keep recruiters updated on the status of openings.
  • Ensure compliance with OFCCP/EEO guidelines and internal SOPs regarding Applicant Flow, Job Folders, and sourcing/reporting.
