Strategic Marketing Manager Biopharma - Permanent - New York

Proclinical is seeking a Strategic Marketing Manager Biopharma to drive strategic decisions and translate business strategies into actionable growth initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role focuses on market analysis, market intelligence, and data analytics to define strategic priorities within the Biopharma organization. The successful candidate will lead business case development for investments and strategic initiatives, manage customer interactions, and support brand and sales strategies. Collaboration with Product Management, Senior Leadership, and regional Sales teams is essential to accomplish global projects and initiatives.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in strategic marketing or product management within the biopharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of biopharma processes, market analysis, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to drive strategic decisions and develop business cases.
  • Experience engaging with Product Management, Senior Leadership, and regional Sales teams.
  • Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
  • Project management experience in cross-functional and global initiatives.
  • Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to build strategic partnerships and collaborations.

The Strategic Marketing Manager Biopharma's responsibilities will be:

  • Drive strategic decisions and translate business strategies into actions.
  • Conduct market analysis, market intelligence, and data analytics.
  • Lead business case development for investments and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage customer interactions, business rules, and brand and sales support strategies.
  • Interface with Product Management, Senior Leadership, and regional Sales teams.
  • Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to oversee strategic partnerships and collaborations.

Compensation:

  • $150,000 to $170,000 per annum.
