Proclinical are currently in search of a dynamic Statistical Project Leader. This pivotal role involves supervising multiple projects within a specified Therapeutic Area, supported by a diverse and forward-thinking Biostatistics team. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to profoundly influence patient outcomes, while also enjoying enriching career prospects that value a multitude of viewpoints and expertise.

Responsibilities

For this role, you will take charge of one or more aspects of a project in clinical development.
Provide statistical support and scientific leadership for responsible projects, ensuring quality, relevance, and scientific validity.
Mentor team members, promoting teamwork, quality, operational efficiency, and innovation.
Plan and track project activities, timelines, and resource use, optimizing resource utilization where possible.
Foster productive collaborations with other functions in the project team and with other statistics project leaders.
Represent statistics in cross-function working groups and contribute to operation process optimization.

Requirements

PhD/MS in statistics or related discipline.
Broad knowledge and good understanding of advanced statistical concepts and techniques.
Proficiency in advanced statistical analyses using SAS or R.
Strong project management, interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
