Sr Regional Business Manager - Permanent - North Carolina - Fully Remote

Proclinical is seeking a Senior Regional Business Manager specializing in bioreactors.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role will drive growth within the biopharmaceutical sector by accelerating product adoption through consultative engagement with key decision-makers. The successful candidate will have expertise in bioprocessing technologies which will help convert potential clients into long-term partners, supporting their journey from pre-clinical stages to commercialization.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology or related to Biological Life Sciences.
  • Proven track record in business development and sales within the biopharmaceutical or cell therapy industries.
  • Specific experience in the sales of bioreactor systems.
  • Strong understanding of cell therapy and/or bioprocessing technologies and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% throughout the assigned territory as required.

The Sr Regional Business Manager's responsibilities will be:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and present bioreactor solutions.
  • Network within large accounts and engage with top executives.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to meet sales targets.
  • Use CRM tools to track and optimize sales performance.
  • Provide technical expertise on bioreactor products.
  • Work with engineering and product teams to customize solutions.
  • Promote products through presentations and industry events.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create sales materials.
  • Gather customer feedback for new product development.
