Proclinical are recruiting for a Senior Scientist, Clinical Pharmacology to join a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

Guide the analysis, comprehension, integration and reporting of clinical pharmacokinetic & pharmacodynamic data.
Offer PKPD contributions for regulatory proposals, for example: briefing documents, IND, CTA and NDA.
You will prepare suitable documents or sections of clinical protocols, investigator brochures, clinical study reports with respect to clinical pharmacology studies or data.
Serve as a representative for clinical pharmacology and supply PKPD assistance and direction to clinical stage project teams.
Perform PK/PD analysis to guide development decisions on project teams.
Work alongside research, bioanalytical, clinical functions, regulatory, project management, and any other R&S functions.
Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to an advanced degree level in a Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics or any other pertinent discipline with some demonstrable experience within a pharmaceutical organisation.
Expertise on pharmacokinetics and modelling, PKPD principles, ADME ideas and clinical pharmacology.
Computer and software literacy such as Phoenix WinNonlin, R, NONMEM, or any other pharmacokinetic, modelling and data visualizations software.
Presentation and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Interpersonal capabilities with the capacity to function in a highly matrixed team setting.
