Proclinical are partnering with a pharmaceutical organisation who are recruiting for an individual to join their team. This role is on a permanent basis. The opening position that is currently available is for a (Senior) Program Manager.

Responsibilities:

Accountable for training any other members of the team.
The ideal candidate will drive discussions within the company as well as between the company and the customer concerning risks and concerns and handle resolutions.
Responsible for driving the accomplished life cycle of all projects with a large and multifaceted portfolio from signing of the contract to delivery, this involves tech transfer and GMP production.
You will manage a team of experts within a matrix setting and drive the successful delivery in terms of quality, time and cost.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers as well as serve as the customer advocate on-site.
Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to a degree/advanced degree level in a chemistry, biology, biotech or similar discipline.
Demonstrable experience in project management, preferably within a pharmaceutical or CMO.
Know-how of technical, commercial and organisational concerns that influence project method and planning.
A background in handling programs in a pertinent business setting.
Capable of analysing and resolving multifaceted issues.
Leadership abilities.
Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Fluency in the English language with knowledge in German would be advantageous.
