Senior Principal Biostatistician - FSP Top 5 Global Pharma

Proclinical is seeking a Senior Principal Biostatistician to join a dedicated team. This role will lead statistical methodologies and contribute to the creation and analysis of clinical studies. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement statistical analysis plans for clinical trials.
• Oversee statistical analysis of clinical data and provide insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient study execution.
• Mentor junior statisticians and provide training on methodologies and software.
• Contribute to regulatory submissions and publications with statistical rigor.
• Stay updated on industry trends to drive innovation in study design and analysis.
• Participate in protocol development and provide input on statistical considerations.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Biostatistics or another relevant field.
• Strong knowledge working in biostatistics.
• Skillset in statistical software (e.g., SAS, R) and data analysis programming.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Leadership experience in mentoring and guiding teams.
• Effective communication skills for presenting statistical concepts.
• Detail-oriented with organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
