Proclinical is seeking a Senior Medical Expert in Neurology for the European Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing our Medical Affairs strategy across all markets, focusing on Parkinson's Disease and Multiple Sclerosis. The goal is to improve patient outcomes in the European Region.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert knowledge on Parkinson's Disease and Multiple Sclerosis, staying updated with the latest scientific advancements and clinical trials.
Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
Organize and participate in advisory boards, symposiums, and congresses.
Drive regional scientific and medical communication in collaboration with our Marketing Team.
Deliver medical training and education programs for healthcare professionals and conduct training sessions for local Marketing, Medical, MSL, and Sales teams.
Collaborate with Global Product Teams, Global Medical Affairs, Global Regulatory Affairs, and Global Market Access to support the design and implementation of local post-market authorization studies.
Work in close alignment with SOPs, compliance policies, and procedures. Contribute to compliance reporting.
Serve as deputy to team members as needed. Manage local medical information requests and competitive intelligence.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Medical doctor or PhD in natural sciences with experience in neurology.
Experience in the field of Parkinson Disease or Multiple Sclerosis is a plus.
Profound experience in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical CROs.
Solid project management experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English language with the ability to explain and present complex science.
Strong team player with innovative thinking and creative mindset.
Ability to travel internationally.
