Senior Manager, Clinical Data Management - Perm - San Diego, CA.
Proclinical is seeking a Senior Manager for Clinical Data Management. This role involves overseeing data management activities for clinical trials ranging from phase 1 to 4.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will ensure accurate data collection, cleaning, and validation while working with various data systems. The role requires a strong understanding of regulatory guidelines, project management, risk assessment, and excellent communication skills.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with substantial experience in Clinical Data Management within the biotech/pharma industry.
- Experience in vendor management and global operations is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
The Senior Manager, Clinical Data Management's responsibilities will be:
- Manage data activities, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and adherence to project timelines.
- Oversee the development of Case Report Form (CRF) and Clinical Case Group (CCG), manage vendors, and ensure data reconciliation.
- Ensure Contract Research Organizations (CROs) provide actionable metrics and maintain high data quality.
- Educate teams on Data Management processes, review protocols, and maintain audit readiness in the Trial Master File (TMF).
