Proclinical is actively seeking a dedicated Senior Clinical Research Associate to join exclusive partner department, focusing on groundbreaking cancer research. This permanent position, based in Germany, offers a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
Develop and support subject recruitment plans.
Ensure site practices comply with GCP and ICH guidelines.

Key Skills and Requirements:

University degree in life sciences or a related field.
Extensive on-site monitoring experience.
Fluency in German (C1 level) and a good command of English.
