Proclinical are recruiting for a Senior Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) - Oncology to join a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in the South of Paris.

Responsibilities:

Accountable for setting-up, supervising, verifying and filing the clinical trial master field.
Responsible for following-up and evaluating financial documents, in cooperation with CRM/CPM.
You will work within an oncology team reporting to a director of clinical operations.
Accountable for tracking, gathering, and disclosing expenses in compliance with guidelines in force, such as EFPIA disclosure code (Europe), Sunshine Act (US), etc.
The ideal candidate will manage data entry and status updates in the company's CTM system.
Arrange and perform both in-house and external clinical operations actions.
Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Able to work in the South Paris office 2 - 3 days a week.
This is an international position.
Fluency in the English language.
At least 8+ years of experience in a CTA role.
