SAP Developer - ABAP

Proclinical are recruiting for an SAP Developer - ABAP to join a consultancy. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Frankfurt.

Responsibilities:

• Preserve the screens, forms and reports.
• Assist and advise the customers from a developer perspective on release changes, migrations and transitions to routine AMS operations.
• You will develop interfaces between current IT systems and SAP and between SAP systems.
• Responsible for SAP development an assistant of the customers within development-specific queries about their business procedures.
• Handle dialogue programming and transaction development.
• Assist with current applications and development for new introductions and alterations.
• Execute smaller projects and contribute to larger projects independently.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in programming within ABAP/4, preferably with know-how on ABAP-OO.
• Expertise on the evolvement options in SAP, such as Badi, Enhancement, Customer Functions, etc.
• Solid programming know-how within the area of SAP interfaces, such as batch input, web service, BAPI and RFC.
• Know-how of form development such as SAP script, smartforms, etc.
• Expertise on the SLE/IDOC setting as well as of the logistic modules, specifically SD and MM.
• Know-how of UI5 and FIORI as well as ABAP development tools would be beneficial.
• A structured and analytical approach.
• Fluency in German and English.
