Proclinical is actively seeking a Research Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on conducting clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining data integrity. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in advancing healthcare and a commitment to professional growth.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical trials in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards
- Monitor and report on trial progress
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in life sciences, nursing, or related field
- Strong understanding of clinical research processes and regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in data management software
