A leading research site dedicated to advancing healthcare through cutting-edge clinical research and innovation.

The company is based in and are looking for an experienced Research Nurse to join them on a short term contract.

As a Research Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating and conducting clinical research studies that contribute to the advancement of medical knowledge and patient care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the research team, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the successful execution of clinical research protocols.
  • Assist in the recruitment, screening, and enrollment of study participants.
  • Administer study medications and treatments, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Collect and accurately record research data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
  • Monitor and assess study participants for adverse events and provide appropriate care and documentation.
  • Educate and communicate with study participants, ensuring informed consent and a positive participant experience.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents to relevant authorities.
  • Maintain study-related documentation and assist in the preparation of reports and publications.
  • Collaborate in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for research activities.
  • Ensure the safety, well being, and confidentiality of study participants.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in Switzerland.
  • Minimum of [X] years of clinical nursing experience, with a strong preference for experience in clinical research.
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and an understanding of research methodology.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for clinical research (Swissmedic, ICH-GCP).
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of German or French is a plus.
