A leading research site dedicated to advancing healthcare through cutting-edge clinical research and innovation.

The company is based in and are looking for an experienced Research Nurse to join them on a short term contract.

As a Research Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating and conducting clinical research studies that contribute to the advancement of medical knowledge and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the research team, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the successful execution of clinical research protocols.
Assist in the recruitment, screening, and enrollment of study participants.
Administer study medications and treatments, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
Collect and accurately record research data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
Monitor and assess study participants for adverse events and provide appropriate care and documentation.
Educate and communicate with study participants, ensuring informed consent and a positive participant experience.
Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents to relevant authorities.
Maintain study-related documentation and assist in the preparation of reports and publications.
Collaborate in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for research activities.
Ensure the safety, well being, and confidentiality of study participants.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) license in Switzerland.
Minimum of [X] years of clinical nursing experience, with a strong preference for experience in clinical research.
Proficiency in medical terminology and an understanding of research methodology.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements for clinical research (Swissmedic, ICH-GCP).
Fluency in English; knowledge of German or French is a plus.
